Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some answers to the most common questions that we get from our customers.

General Questions

Literally every trade or service you need to keep your home or property in top shape.  We can fill nearly all common needs in a residential home including plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical, carpentry, maintenance, pressure washing, and landscaping.  We can also handle full remodels and renovations.

We try to restrict our service area to Fort Bend county and nearby areas.  This helps us provide timely estimates and service to our customers, as well as cutting down drive time when we have a job in progress.  However, we will provide services to friends and family of customers in the Houston Metro area at additional charge.

Just give us a call or text at 346-629-2661 and we will respond promptly.  We are happy to give you as much info as possible over the phone and answer any urgent questions you may have.  Estimates and phone consultations are always free, with no pressure or obligation.

We offer flexible terms depending on the project or service.  Sometimes we will charge a set rate based on the type of work being done to be more competitive and protect the customer from any overages in labor.  Other times it’s cheaper for our customers if we only charge an hourly rate for jobs of short duration or relatively quick service calls.  We want your business, so we will always be forthright and honest about cost BEFORE we start any work.

Payment Info

We try to make it as convenient as possible to plan and budget for your project.  You can call, text, email, or fill out the contact form on our Home page or Contact page.

It’s always helpful to include as much detail as possible, including pictures and links to particular products that you would like us to use or install.  This helps us get an idea of the time and equipment needed to complete your job.

Absolutely.  Having the materials or fixtures ready for us to install helps cut down our time to complete your project, which means you save money.  However, with large or bulky items like water heaters or full sheets of drywall, it may not be convenient or practical for you to pick these items up.  Don’t worry, we’ll do it for you!  No matter the circumstances, we will communicate with you and give you the options to make sure that we’re making your life easier, not harder.

We can accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or credit/debit cards.  On larger projects requiring deposits we will coordinate a draw schedule so that you can make payments after each progress milestone is met and approved by you.

We do things differently than most contractors.  We don’t ask for money until progress has been made on your project (deposits will only be requested on projects of large scope where cost of materials can be hundreds or thousands of dollars, not to hourly work or service calls; you never need to prepay for work of this type).

For example: we are doing a bathroom remodel for you.  We will arrive and complete demolition/prep work before asking you for a materials deposit.  So you as the customer are always “ahead” in terms of work completed. After receiving the first deposit or draw, we then complete work to a predetermined progress milestone before requesting the next payment installment.  We only make profit when you are completely satisfied and release the final payment.

If you have an emergency requiring urgent attention, call us.

We can help with issues requiring urgent attention, such as broken windows, doors that won’t lock or open, water heater not working, or broken water pipes.  Give us a call, help is on the way!
